Illiterate percentage of the persons with disabilities are higher in Sri Lanka, persons with disabilities are able to be referred to the mainstream or special education system.

Early Childhood
	Enroll children with disabilities aged 0-5 to daycare centers, Kindergarten and train the caregivers and parents on the early childhood development.
Primary
	children with disabilities aged 6-10 could be enrolled to the closest school which can be special units or inclusive education.
Secondary/Higher
	continuation of the children with disabilities aged 11 and above and university studies in the selected stream, Braille and Sign Language were also another
Vocational Training
	The vocational training for the PWDs are facilitated by the Department of the Social Services and other government authority and also by the private institutions.
Financial Support:
	Long term, short term or one-time financial support is provided for the children with disabilities by the government, private, non-government organizations or any well-wisher.
